We use state of the art packing techniques and custom shipping boxes to ensure product safety and minimize the possibility of damage during travel, so that our customers will have peace of mind.
ORDER PROCESSING
We usually process and ship in stock items within 3-7 business days after the order/payment is confirmed. For customized pieces, it takes an average 1-5 weeks to make and crate, with zero extra crating expenses charged on the customer.
TRACKING
We will send you an email with the online tracking information when the order is shipped. For regular curbside shipping method, items will be delivered 7-30 business days after it leaves our China warehouse, depending on destination and carrier.
If your order is time sensitive, please contact us by email at time of order. Please understand that we cannot guarantee delivery date or timeframe for any orders.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item was shipped to you by motor freight, please inspect the package for visible damage before the carrier leaves.
- In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please mark on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt) "damaged" before signing. We may not be able to process a damage claim without the Bill of Lading marked "damaged".

SHIPMENT METHODS
- Federal Express/USPS: We use these two carriers for orders of smaller size and volume.
- EMS (Express Mail Service): For shipment of larger items, offering curbside delivery.
- Freight: Heavy furniture, and bulk orders via Freight service. Heavy or oversize items may be subject to a Freight Surcharge in addition to the regular delivery charges. Our customer service team will get in touch with details.
